How do I register?

Click on "My Account - Hello! Sign in" found at the header of OllZ website page and follow the simple steps to become an OllZ user.

Why do I need to register?

You need to register to be able to place your order. Whereas being an OllZ user will help in different ways such as:

  • Our customer service agent can contact you when needed to follow up with your orders and solve your problems.
  • You will receive updates on our promotions & "Catch of the Week".

What if I "Forgot my Password"?

You need to click on Forgot Your Password? and enter your registered email to receive a Set a New Password link to be used to reset your password.

Can I cancel my order at any time?

You can only cancel your order if its status is still pending and has not been picked up by our delivery team for delivery.

What is a "Wishlist"?

A Wishlist is an additional feature which can entail the customer to save desired products for later purchase or to share with your friends & loved ones.

Will my Wishlist products expire if I don't access my account for a while?

Don’t worry, once you have selected an item to be added to your Wishlist it will stay there permanently, until you either buy or delete it.

What is "OllZ Gift Card"?

OllZ Gift Card is a prepaid card that customers can use for purchase or send to their family & friends on special occasions.

How can I contact OllZ.com?

You can contact OllZ by either calling our customer service number (1801040) or sending an email by simply clicking the “Contact Us” button.

How can I report an issue with my digital card?

  1. Go to [My Account] menu after you login to your ollz.com account.
    2. Click on [My orders] section.
    3. Click [Report an Issue] below the card.
    4. Upload a screenshot of the error you get when you try to use your code.

Need help Purchasing

How can I place an order?

After visiting OllZ website and browsing through all the categories that are available, just click on Add to Cart and your item will be added to your shopping cart. You can check out at any time with your registered user account.

How much do I need to pay for order delivery?

There is no extra cost involved for our home delivery service for orders above 10 KD. All orders under 10 KD will incur a delivery fee of 1 KD. Express delivery is also available for orders received between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Any order placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered next day before 12:00 PM. Express delivery charge of 2 KD is applied.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

We offer various secure and safe payment methods for you - you can either choose Online Payment such as K-net/ Master Card/ Visa Card OR Payment on Delivery through any payment method, whether cash or via cards.

Delivery

When will I receive my order?

We will deliver your order within 24 hours from the order placing time.

How can I return or exchange any of the products that I ordered?

Returns and exchange have been made easy for you at OllZ. You can return or exchange your product(s) within 14 days of purchase by calling customer care at 1801040 or emailing us at customerservice@ollz.com to schedule pick up from your home or you can visit ollz company in the given address under Contact us. Digital Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
