How the Program Works and Program Benefits

 

  • The REWARDZ Program is a way in which we thank and reward our loyal customers for purchasing from our e-store. To qualify for the OllZ RewardZ Program, you must be registered customer in www.ollz.com and sign into your online account at the time of purchase on ollz.com . 
  • In OllZ, you are able to earn points and reach Program levels by making eligible purchases.  Once you reach a certain Rewardz level and/or earn a certain number of points, you may be eligible for certain benefits and rewards applicable to that level and/or number of points, these benefits may change from time to time and may be offered on a limited basis.
  • Eligible purchases and other opportunities to reach Rewardz Program levels or earn points will be posted on the www.ollz.com or may be published through other media platforms (in marketing communications, social media, etc.). 
  • REWARDZ is a level-based program determined by the amount of KWD purchases a member has purchased within a single month on eligible purchases and through qualifying activities, beginning on the date of enrolment. There are 3 Levels with associated benefits:
  • Bronze Member     Spend 10 KD – 100 KD
  • Silver Member     Spend 101 KD – 250 KD
  • Gold Member      Spend 251 KD – 500+ KD

Once you spend 10 KD, you’ll automatically be positioned in Bronze Level and be eligible for all the benefits/rewards Bronze members receive. Once you spend at least 101 KD, you will be automatically promoted up to Silver Level. If you spend 251 KD or more, you will qualify for Gold Level Rewardz.

Your status in a particular level will be expired automatically after the monthly draw is completed and your level will be reset.

  • REWARDZ members will have a chance to enter the draw to win a prize that match their membership level.

 

  • Raffle/Draw results will be totally random and will be posted on ollz.com & our social media platforms.

OllZ reserve the right to change Program benefits, how you reach each Program level, how you earn points, how we evaluate and reward your eligible purchases and/or other Program activities. 

OllZ reserve the right to place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for the Program and/or for any given level or point level, the number or types of rewards or benefits you may receive or earn at any given level or at any given point level, in a given time period or for the duration of the Program, and/or any combination thereof. 

The Program and its benefits are offered at our sole discretion.  We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these Program Terms, our FAQs, and/or the Program or any aspect or feature of the Program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards or benefits. 

We reserve the right to exclude customer(s) from or to discontinue customer’s participation in the Program and to audit customer’s membership account at any time, in our sole discretion.  Any suspected abuse of the Program, failure to follow any Program Terms, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or other conduct inconsistent with these Program Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests, including without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent other unauthorized use of any Program rewards, points, cards, credits, vouchers, coupons and/or certificates, may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program.
